All appointments of one hour or more require a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
and phone number.
Appointments of 1 hour or less that are changed or cancelled with less than four
hours notice but more than 1hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the
scheduled service cost.
Group bookings of 3 or more people, or appointments consisting of more than
an hour that are changed or cancelled with less than twenty four hours notice will
incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 1hrs noticed will be charged the
full cost of the treatment(s). Clients that do not show for an appointment and do not
give any notice of cancellation will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service.
Purchased Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months, non refundable, non
transferable and can not be exchanged for cash.
Gift certificates must be used in full at time of booking unless otherwise
authorized by management. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed
with an already discounted service.
